Providing opportunities to improve your pickleball game is a core part of our mission at All In. With two dedicated training courts (both skinny singles and dinking short courts) we have increased capacity for and a fit-for-purpose approach.
All In has top-notch Certified Pickleball Trainers on our team, people who have a passion for working with players of all skill levels. We leverage industry-standard training techniques and a proven methodology to improve player performance.

How do I know what level I am?
Levels
2.5 (Beginner): This level: Understands basic rules and scoring. Can sustain short rallies and hit forehand shots but struggles with consistency.
3.0 (Recreational): This level: Developing control over forehand and backhand shots. Can sustain medium-paced rallies and return serves with moderate consistency. Beginning to understand strategy and the importance of net play.
3.5 (Intermediate): This level: More consistent in rallies, volleys, and dinking. Starting to use drop shots (ideally). Moves effectively with a partner and controls shot direction.
4.0 (Advanced Intermediate): This level: Stronger control over shot placement, depth, and pace. Can hit dinks, drives, and third-shot drops. Anticipates opponents' moves and adjusts accordingly.
4.5 (Advanced): This level: High-level consistency in all shots with strong execution of pace, and placement. Plays aggressive at the net and effectively defends against fast exchanges. Regularly competes at a high level.
5.0 (Expert): This level: Mastery of all shots, strategies, and court positioning. Reads opponents well, adapts in real-time, and minimizes unforced errors. Competes at the highest level, often in tournaments.

Scott’s method of teaching has a heavy focus on shot mechanics. You will learn and develop dinks, volleys, groundstrokes, and overheads. As your mechanics improve, Scott will work on shot placement and game strategies.
His objective is to help you accelerate the time it takes for you to reach your goals!

Jeff Howlett
Tap into over 6.5+ years of teaching and playing experience with Jeff Howlett on Wednesdays from 10 am – 12 pm for Advanced Beginners (3.0 – 3.5 level) and 12 pm – 2 pm for Advanced Intermediates (3.5 – 4.5 level) at All In Pickleball Gym! Jeff is also available for private lessons, semi-private, and 3-and-trainer sessions!

Erica Benting
Erica Benting has several years of experience on the court and tournaments. She is a certified instructor as well as a 5.0 level player!
Erica specializes in the soft game, placement, and strategy.

Dave Rutledge
Dave is a certified pickleball instructor who loves helping players work toward reaching their 4.0 rating. He focuses on teaching strategies like court positioning and game-specific drills to build your skills and confidence.
Dave’s goal is to help you improve while having fun along the way. He offers private lessons and also leads group sessions to meet the needs of all players.

Pati Sheldon
We are extremely excited to have Pati Sheldon teaching at All In Pickleball Gym! She is a certified Level 2 instructor.
Pati enjoys working with both newcomers to the sport as well as with beginners eager to elevate their game - including game strategy and advanced shots. -
Cindy Rosema
Cindy fell in love with pickleball the first time she played, over eight years ago. Her passion shines through in everything she does, especially introducing new players to the sport!
Cindy thrives on helping others build confidence and develop a strong foundation in both skills and strategy.

Seth Scharich
Seth is a 5.0 rated player who has received coaching certifications through the IFP and PPR programs. Growing up, sports was a huge part in Seth's childhood. He is excited to finally do his part in giving back!
Seth loves teaching the soft game - how to slow the game down while staying in control of the point.

Janice is about getting you as many reps as possible and bringing high energy to each session. Janice is also available for private lessons, semi-private, and 3-and-trainer sessions!

Caleb Dang
Caleb is an IFP certified instructor, and a 5.0 level player! He specializes in developing shot mechanics from the baseline and expanding your offensive arsenal at the net, but will meet you wherever you’re at to help you reach the next level!

Zippora has played pickleball for several years and has competed in tournaments at a 5.0 level. As a certified IFP trainer, she specializes in shot development and consistency-building habits.
She is always up for a good time on the court and looks forward to working with you to take your game to the next level!
